If you are a current tenant and have issues at your residence please use the following form to submit a maintenance request. Please also take pictures of any problems and email them to Landlord@cb5p.com.

NOTES:
a – Depending on the issue and its timeliness the maintenance member may enter the property using key even if you selected “no” to #5 above.
b – Any animals will need to be caged or put away before maintenance personnel will enter the home. If your animals are not put away, the maintenance person will not service the unit, and you will be charged for turning them away.
